i just charged zen like i always do and it succeed , but i still dont see my zenb:sad

i used paypal and payment succes and everything

A few people are having that issue, myself included. I've trying to contact PWI support toll free number but it keeps hanging up on me after a loop of 'Please wait'.

He said there is an issue with Paypal's systems and once they are back up all Zen will be awarded.
