Graphic glitch since NW on cha's

Hi played NW today and when i came out, all other peoples characters are stock looking characters or don't appear. If i click on them i can see their character info panel and what their face is ment to look like. Yet as a character on the game screen- all sins look the same, all barbs are tiger, all characters of a race look the same- no customisation.
The WEIRD THING IS - it happens only on THE CHARACTER i took to NW. My other characters on the same account see everything fine. Even my alt account works fine.
Even tried logging on from 2 different PC's to check graphics cards working ok. All the same- only the character i took to NW is glitching om graphics ingame.
Anyone else having same or had this, or knows a fix, plz help.

    Open your game settings oon this char and turn on customisations (2nd tab in options).

    Yep. This is also common if you set it to "performance mode" and log out/in or exit the client without changing it back.
