b:cute Hi there, im having trouble getting into the support page on this account. All my other accoounts have no problem just on this one. Please help me

    Likely an issue with your account then. You will need to submit a ticket. Be sure to be very detailed about how you can access it with all of your other accounts fine in the same browser.

    To send a ticket without getting to the support page, send a detailed e-mail to customerservice@perfectworld.com. Remember that it takes 3-5 working days to get a response and they don't work weekends.
