NW Trapped in base for 40mins

Last NW I was trapped in Base for 40mins. Something must be done about this. I suggested more land around base or the ability to jump past the land in front of base. Lets hear your thoughts.

How long were you base locked for?

    It's already confirmed that a new map is coming. At this point, most if not all, ppl have been baselocked once before.

    I've been baselocked as long as 30 minutes, and of course, I've aided in baselocks to other nations too.

    Also almost all of the times I get base locked(because I consciously avoid getting to close to it if there's things going around it to lock it and attack from the /outside/ instead to help) is when I go to click update information and somehow accidentally click back to base. Happens all the time xD
    Don't remember the time stuck in there 'cause I tend to leave computer to go cook when it happens and just check back every once in a while to see if I can get out o_o

    People are base locking so that them OP people don't get a chance to come back. Oh and of course ensuring that the base locked nation will be destroyed in due time with 150+ people locked in base. Its just common sense strategy.

    Baselocking is extremely effective and can change the tide of war. You can usually force a nation down a place and cripple them. It's really a messed up tactic, but it works very well. lol

    we were pretty much locked after 10 minutes...
    another few minutes later we had pushed them back into their own bases and they had a hard time the rest of NW...b:chuckle

    Oh HT, there's actually a trend that happens in most cases. Usually a nation is baselocked badly in the first hour, but recovers well in the last, while another nation is baselocked, and really gets screwed over in the last.

    five min at the absolute most... thats not saying that I was never sent back after a fail breakout. I am saying that my comp and/or connection is fast enough to make sure that I am always one of the first 20 people in. Although sometimes I think it may be better to stay in the base... especially when you spawn in a break out war next to some tt70s.
    1. If I kill you; do something about it yourself, don't go complaining to my wife.
    2. If you have less kill counts then me, don't expect me to take pk advice from you.
    3. If you are hiding behind an alt, don't expect me to acknowledge your existence.

    ive found i solution enter 2 characters into the war that way if u get base locked on one you can jump to another!
