Demon Quickshot 100% Proc rate

I would love having a 100% demon quickshot proc rate, would it balance out sage Quickshot?*gain 10 chi every use and increases crit rate by 20% for 10 seconds*. please leave comments i would love to hear them

In my opinion, that would be way too OP. The advantage demon qs has over sage qs is the attack rate. Getting hit quickly with a bunch of arrows PLUS the fact that archers already have high critical rates is pretty much deadly. If you pit a robe class against a similarly geared demon archer and demon qs procs, that wizzy/cleric/ w/e is probably gonna die. I think the 50% proc rate is necessary to keep our powers in check b:chuckle.

Regarding chi, demon qs gives 5 chi when used, then I believe each additional shot gives another 5. This will last for 8 seconds. Sage qs gives 10 chi when used, but each additional shot is shot at the archer's original rate. I don't feel like doing the math, but perhaps the chi gained by sage qs+additional attacks breaks even with the amount demon qs will give in the 8 second proc window. Break out your calculators people!

100% chance to let it proc?.. that's like letting a sin stealth without cooldown on it ._.

Well, if it doesn't proc, you can swap in two pieces of gear with -0.10 interval. Then, after 6 seconds, you can swap it back out. It's almost the same!
