Thanks for doing these updates.

It's normal. There can only be so many simultaneous TWs going on at any given time, and then attacks/defenses can't be at the same time.

And then I think one more can be at 20:21. After these slots have been used up, it switches to the second TW time slot in order, which is 14:00, 14:03, 14:06, etc. After those have all been filled, it goes to sunday, then to monday. Contrary to popular belief, it has nothing to do with the time each bid has been placed, whether the bid was placed wednesday morning, wednesday night, or on thursday, etc. People often just wait to put in bids so that they don't get over bid or fake bid on a land.

I think they added some more simultaneous attacks per time slot on NW update, think it went from 8 to 11 or something. With that change, attacks on 20:30 would be possible. We`ll see on next map reset.

Territory Wars: Territory Wars have been moved to Saturday, Sunday and Monday time slots. The order of battles scheduled are as follows: Sat 8pm, Sat 2pm, Sun 2pm, Sat 8am, Mon 2pm. Bidding Time remains unchanged.
- Each Territory War time bracket now accomodates up to 11 scheduled fights.
- Territory War rewards are now mailed out in packs containing 5 million big notes and mirage celestones; amount dependent on Level of Territory
