Had to reinstall OS...need some help

Not sure if this should go here, or if theres a tech subforum somewhere...I only ever use the general forum to be honest.

I had to reinstall my operating system today, and I have the game installed, but its bringing up some like chinese jibberish when I try to launch the game...

I remember a while back having to install something else, video-driver-ish related, but cant remember what it was, anyone help?

    Is it only when you use the Element Client, or does it do the same thing when you try using the patcher?

    Seems like a corrupted installation to me, or some sort of vital component missing in your system.

    Or maybe you don't set the right administration setting or something (or maybe even the some antivirus preventing it from launching).
