How long to wait for GM response?

When you message a GM in game, how long do you need to wait for their response?

Is this the correct way to report someone (not for hacking)?

Also, what happens if you can't take a screenshot of the area you are in after an incident? (getting transported out of a dungeon immediately, but still having info in chat box?)

    Unfortunately, the ingame GM button does absolutely nothing.

    If you're able to, for example, take a screenshot of the chat box that works too. Alternatively you can go to your system settings (U button by default) and on the third tab enable damage to be visible to add a bit more to your screenshot.

    That said, you can submit a report even without the screenshots, but they make things much easier for support and, in turn, for you as well.

    I'm surprised you talked with a GM in-game.

    But to answer, no. You should submit a ticket (look in my Signature) and in that ticket, be able to describe in as much detail about the problem/issue, and if you have screenshots, that would be better to have, but you don't "need them." (you really should though depending on the situation)

    You can also take screenshots of chat logs and such, and the response time for tickets is about 3-5 business days.

    Thanks so much for the quick reply :) And no, I wasn't able to talk to a GM, but I did try to message one (thanks for telling me that it doesn't work, I would have been here forever!)

    Thank you for the info, and I'm on the support page right now, but is this the correct place to send a ticket about an in-game conflict? It's not a technical issue.

    Sorry to post twice, I had replied before checking out the page :(

    Yes it is.

    And it's no problem :3. Again, just be sure to provide as much info as you have.
