Sorry im really a bit of the noob when it comes to said subject, but how do you get
r9t3?

im guessing you run WS for matts?
if so which mats.

    you need your class molds and badges which you can get from running WS or Lunar.If you don't know which mold is needed for your class then u can have a look at the beginning of WS or Lunar at Forge called "Peerless Forge" and ofc you need r9t2 gear pieces and Essence of Defence and Essence of Offence for Armor and Weapon.The amount you needed of EoD,EoO,Badges,Money,all the info you can get at forge.So, just go and check yourself :)
