Permabans are never permanent. I know alot of people who have gotten out of a permaban by threatening to stop cash shopping. They are unbanned in hours then... Without a strict set of rules that they enforce on everyone equally there is no point reporting anyone because there never is a real punishment for the crime.0

LOL, if they permaban you, doesn't that mean they have themselves stopped you from cash shopping? Seems like they know if they permanently ban you...... you wont be buying items for a character you can't play on. Sounds fishy there lol.0 -

And if you're just gonna try to get some kind of exhaustive list of bannable scams, not only will I close this but it wouldn't even work even if I did give you that. They can ban you for any reason they see fit, it's right there in the ToS. which you can read here: http://www.perfectworld.com/about/terms
I've wondered this for a while now. With PWI now operating in Europe and claiming they have to abide by European law (that was their reasoning for forcing a price hike on Europeans players), do the terms of service actually apply on EU servers? I ask this because there are a few things in the ToS that are a flagrant breach of EU law. For example under EU law, if you ban somebody permanently, you are legally obliged to refund them every Euro they've invested for the last 12 months (all purchases must be provided with a statuatory 12 month guarantee). So, that's what I was wondering, are the ToS enforced on European servers? I heard when ini edited was banable, it was allowed on EU servers because banning people would cost PWI money. Is this true?0 -

sending in a ticket, the answer is "we know there is a problem and we are looking into it" then posted as solved.0
