Unable to connect mmo servers

I'm not sure whether I should post this here or not but maybe, since this is an mmo, someone might understand my problem: Ever since 28-10-2012 I haven't been able to play any mmo. I tried 3; PWI and 2 others but I guess I'm not allowed to type the names here. Anyway, with all 3 I wasn't able to connect to the server. So I'm asking, do you know anything that could have caused this or how to solve it?
I did:
-Restart laptop
-Restart Modem
-Completely de-install and redownload the game succesfully
-Verified files now over 40 times.
-Have the latest patch
-All mmo's are added to the list of allowed things for Norton 360 and firewall.
-Have had long conversation with the technical staff and even they are puzzled

So if anyone knows what to do, please tell me.

I would need to see a traceroute from your PC to one of the PWI servers to be able to tell you anything.

Any information you can give on your local network configuration would be helpful as well.

If i were you i would try to use another ISP and see if i am able to connect or not.. If its a laptop take it to some friends place and try connecting from there.. If you are able to connect then atleast you can narrow down the issue to not being with ur machine in general. Then you can contact your ISP and see what they have to say.

if it says server network error then just keep rebooting the client up tbh ive noticed over last few days either this game is broken or im doing something very wrong because at one point my system was running 6gb ram out of 8gb from the game and i wasnt even on it just went non responsive on me, never ever happened before yo

I don't really know how to run tracer things... the helpdesk also send me those trace routes from pwi but I had no idea on how to use them...
It's not just pwi, 2 other mmorpg's I also can;t connect to servers (I only got 3 mmo's on my laptop) laptop is 3 year old but ran fine until 28th of october...

other friends with the same provider are able to log in too while we live close.
some friend from me said something about that my laptop Does send out signals but does Not receive the incoming signals from the game servers.
At all 3 mmorpg's I get the message
"Unable to connect to server" for pwi, also forced login does not work.
"Unable to connect to server" at the other 22 mmorpg's.

Yet you are able to browse the web, which is quite strange.

If you don't know how to run a traceroute, Google is your friend. You could even just use the forum search tool as many of us have posted instructions here several times.

Have you tried your laptop at your friends house where they are able to connect? That would narrow it down to whether it's a problem with your network, or a problem with your laptop.
