Patch is being weird

So i tried auto patching and it tells me unknown version, unable to close the patcher of progressing, update interupted.... I tired manual patching.... no work...
What can you expect from filthy little heathens? Their whole disgusting race is like a curse. Their skin's a hellish red they're only good when dead they're vermin, as I said and worse. They're Savages! Savages! Barely even human. Savages! Savages! Drive them from our shore! They're not like you and me
which means they must be evil we must sound the drums of war! They're Savages! Savages! Dirty redskin devils! Now we sound the drums of war!

    Check if your game files are added in your in anti-virus/security/firewall exception list?
    Try "Verify" option from launcher(do it multiple times) see if that works can take lil while depending on your system.
    If all else fails try re-install from scratch .

    Been trying to update for days, cant get patcher to work. Tried the patch downloads direct from PWI still no luck.
    Gonna try to reinstall game, but if that doesnt work I guess its bye bye PWI
