Question about damage.

Your current build doesn't have Titans or Axe mastery. Also, auto attacking or skill spamming?

Without considering aps (doesn't matter, same attack speed) but considering attack levels and crit rate I have

17,971 base dps for r9
7,465 base dps for PGGA

So 241% skill increase prior to skills. It will actually be greater than that since many skills are increase of xxx% weapon damage, which would further increase the difference between R9 and PGGA.

PGGAs are notoriously bad for damage and aggro. They're meant for barbs that don't really ever attack, for instance a cata pulling situation.
