Teseanna - Heavens Tear

You pay the teleport master, after some argument at the price, and with an exchange of snide glances she sends you to Gate of Antiquity.

You materialize yet AGAIN in the wrong place, thinking this was the last time i teleport from south Archosaur.

The smell of fresh air and water surrounds you. you notice a strange odor coming from a small house placed atop a rolling hill. Ever inquisitive, you traverse the hill to find the door open. Light intrudes into the room, breaking the dark to reveal one chair and a door.

There are words carved crudely into the door.

On the wall to the right you notice pictures hanging...













...you hear footsteps from behind the door. Some misplaced sounds, and metal upon metal.

Liquid is being poured and another strange growl can be heard. Your attention is once again captive, this time by a leather bound book. At least you assume it is crafted of leather....

Clutching the book and scanning it's contents, you barely notice the door slowly opening.
As you look up, a Kowlin bursts from the room. Instantly springing to attention, you are somewhat relaxed by it's advanced age. On guard, you eyeball the old cat as it advances towards you. You horribly fumble for a health potion as you try to recall the last time you bought a resurrect scroll.

With a whistle and a thud, a shadowed figure tosses a thick Venison steak on the floor.
You will of course, forgive Lynus. He believes he's as young as you look.

From the darkness, an old venomancer appeared, gripping a large pataka for balance. Short, withered, and dwarfed by the great weapon she clenched. The sight would have induced laughter, if it had been anyone else.

A slight glance to the wall behind her revealed her identity. An oval framed portrait of a much younger veno. She was beautiful.
