Mods help! My character is in the risk pf getting banned

So i sent a ticket the other day asking if body modifications in ini.edit was allowed and today i got this

They assumed that i did modify my body size when i really didnt i even posted a thread asking of ini.edit body customization was allowed and the responses that i got said that no because its bannable so i didnt even risk doing so! I sent a reply with a big explanation saying that i never altered my game character files ( i dont even know how to) but i dont know what to do help please!

Edit: they said my character is suspended but somehow i can still use it with no problem.

Tickets can't be discussed on the forums.

What I suggest is looking back at the rules that is is only allowed to be FACIAL ini. modifications, so if you altered your character's body, that could be the reason for the ticket. If it is for a facial modification, I suggest to discuss that in your ticket. If all else fails, edit your character back to normal settings so you don't get banned.

I wish we could help but we're not GMs. You'll just have to talk it out with customer support. FYI editing the head scale is also a body size edit so if you give yourself a bobble head that is also bannable. Since it's not allowed to be discussed here i'm going to have to close this. I wish you luck in clearing this up. b:surrender
