every character looks the same?

so whenever i log in to the game, every male character looks the same even though the way that they customized their character is different (i noticed that this only happens to winged elves and humans). the game runs smoothly with about 800 ping and 60 fps. i dont really know what causes this but i wonder if running the game in best performance contributes to this? im using a windows 7 computer with 1200x1084 screen resolution and the internet connection is good. i uploaded the photos and as you can see, their icon looks way different from their character.
im really sorry if its your character that i screenshot! i mean no offense at all

they all have the same hairstyle and hair colour. everyting about their face is the same

    Have you tried checking the Custom Avatar option on the UI settings? :)
