Pre-Paid Card Redeem Problem...

i bought 3 $20 ultimate game card and i tried to redeemed all but one of them got stuck on processing payment and i didnt get the zen after it finished and i tried to re redeem the card but it said it was already redeemed help please.

And yes i have submitted a ticket and i am yet to receive any response, perhaps this will bring the problem to some ears.

    if you recently did this give it some time, there were a few occasions where i had dropped a lot of money and it didn't process for 24 hours. You will get it.
