TB questline: Elder's letter missing

Ok well as the title explains, i have looked at soooo many tb guides and all of them look like this:


Quest: Heartbroken * Death of a Hero
Quest Awarder:Elder (647 143)
Item Award: 5 mirage, 5 Tisha Stone

Talk to Elder again

* Elder's Letter
Quest Awarder: Dizzy (491 890)
Award: Coin: 10440 Exp: 24899 Spirit: 6225

Talk to Dizzy again


And this is in the lvl 51-59 guide

now I was awarded my stones, but then i never got any letter to give to dizzy like i did on my other char. I tried logging, leveling, going to all the other chars, i even looked in the quest guide and didnt see anything - in the lvl 60s either.... any advice?!?!?!

    Submit a ticket. I did this a week ago on an alt and didn't have any issues.

    Sometimes just logging out and back in will fix it.
