    I love it because all these people having issues with the promo items are having to write in and email customer service. Customer service replies to their inquiry by telling them to visit their ticket and provides a link.........that they can't access. Then every email to customer service even ones telling them the ticket/support system is down results in an email with a link to visit the ticket and support system or their actual individual ticket. Ain't PWI customer Service great, lol!!!!

    I sent a ticket in last night... works for me
    Physically Disabled Gamer ~ I play with nerve damage and loss of motor skills in my whole body which makes it a bit harder to play the game. Yet I have fun and love to make friends.

    P.S. If a video game makes you rage it might be time to uninstall it. ~ IJS. b:bye

    95% of the time when it doesn't work, it's a local issue. Either the cache needs to be cleared on the browser, or the browser just isn't compatible.

    It is a glitch, but it only happens under rare circumstances. The odds of it happening is basically the same as getting a scroll of tome opening packs.

    I had that problem on my old account where I could not use the support page. That's why when I switched servers I made an entirely different account. It was too much of a pain when I needed help.

    Not only did I try different browsers, I even tried different computers. Back then I played with another person. She could access support page from her account, but five seconds later when I would log in (exact same computer and browser), I'd get the reloop error.

    Way back when some other people were discussing this on the forum, I think one person found out that it was linked to the site not recognizing your email address. Even if the address is valid, there was some little hiccup that the site didn't think it was. And since tech support is connected to your email, it meant you got the reloop error.
