For more game, teamwork, skilled players and also for sales in the boutique
I propose that each dungeon get level cap.
for example:
FB 19 LVL 1-49
FB 29 LVL 1-49
FB 39 LVL 1-59
FB 51 LVL 1-69
FB 59 LVL 1-79 i know culti 99 need inside there ...
FB 69 LVL 1-89
FB 79 LVL 1-99
FB 89 LVL 1-99
FB 99 LVL 89-105
FC LVL 75-98
TT1 LVL 1-89
TT2 LVL 1-99
TT3 LVL 1-105
Warsong 85-105
Lunar 85-105 (no fee)
i know most powerlvler and fc seller will now kill me b:shocked

Question one how would you get from 98 to 100 without FC (I know PV but most people don't know what PV is) also from 100-105 you need a insane amount of exp so every little FC helps.
Also TT 2-x not for 100+ this is where most people farm since only 3-1 is worth farming and 3-2 and 3-3 besides golds everything's worth nothing.
Overall not it would negatively effect all and help none.101 Blademaster(Pro/Fail 4.0 BM with 11k base HP+G16(+10))

72 Cleric(Horrible healer)

More and more it's hard for low level to make a squad of their own level, if you cut the fact that high level can go in, some people will never be able to do their FB/culti.
FC LVL 75-98
That should be level 75 minimum, but no max.
TT1 LVL 1-89
TT2 LVL 1-99
TT3 LVL 1-105
From level 1?? Lol, TT1 should be level 60+, TT-2 level 70+ and TT3 level 80+, sometime some level 100 want to farm a previous TT gears so you can't block the low TT for them.

No idea why level 85 cause no one will go in WS with a level 85-99.
Lunar 85-105 (no fee)
Same as previous, no one will take a level 85-99.

I did level 100 to 102 without any FC in 2-3 months, just with dailies so someone can do 98-100 pretty fast without FC.
-Crazy stones
-Morai
-World quest (they changed the exp)
-BH
-Cube
-PV
-Reflection shards (around 6 a days if all dailies done)
-Normal quests
But I do agree that FC should not have a max level limit.
@OP: I think pretty much all instances are fine for now, the only one that should be change is the FC minimum level should be 75, but than again people will find a other way to power level, like Oracles.
Anyway these days people can level easy level 1-60 in like a week without FC, I leveled a cleric 1-80 in 4 weeks without any FC and just one half PV and on that I spend a lot of time farming herbs & mats for manufactures skills.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I think this though, Boss killings in bh runs should not count with someone more then 10 levels above the level range in squad (Bh for lv 60-69 would not count with someone 80 in squad)[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

Both ideas are flawed. How will people do their bh's? i've been doing bh69 through my 80's. each bh is for a fb 20 levels below them. I don't agree with getting a end game/ high level to do everything for you, but this isn't the way to do it. It'll just made this game harder and people won't do them.
That will result in people not knowing what to do in a squad, as badly as a powerlevelled player. People not doing their cultis.
A better idea is, fb19,29,39 shouldn't have wine.0 -

I have no idea, It's easy if you have a squad of players who can work together well, granted they'll be new, but with a cleric I could tank my way through so long as i was buffed, and had cleric support with DD's.
I was a bad barb but serious;ly, you won't learn anything if you don't fail and learn from it sometimes. Hence why wine shouldn't be in 19/29/39 (39 is long yeah, but aoe well and don't get lost, it can be a good run too)It's better to have many fail runs in 29-39 than a hundred in bh51 onwards.0 -

I know that alot of the issue with people not knowing what to do results from them 'having to get a level one-hundred for everything', but this is not the way to go about it.

ok... i know this sounds appealing even to me..but when you think "outside the box"
of the idea of making it more challenging and people actuly learning how to play their role..(not that its to hard to learn how to heal properly.) i could teach anyone one to heal in less then 20 words lol..
you should really consider that if your going to change anything caping the levels would be a devastating blow to everyone and would hinder the economy more then help it.
really if there was a change to be made i think it should be what wine actuly does when used.. like instead of clearing a path to the boss it should increase drops rates on the insctense we run..possably even the drop rates on molds so that over priced inflation issue everyone is always talking about.. might drop slightly.
if high levels were getting a fair chance at earning their way then we would be shouting WC running ** (place fb here) who needs it.. instead of poor lowbie shouting LF squade for ** plz pm0
