dual sword vs dual blade

ok guys just wondering what is bether and why....i know blades have high max dmg but sword have hi low dmg....does it make mid dmg bether on dual swords?
any way pros and cons on bouth plzz

with the dual blades u can reach ur highest damage possible, but also one of the lowers in the game, with swords is a bit more consistent(the dmg) all depends on ur play style for example, if u like to use edged blur maybe is better the dual swords to keep consistant hits, or if u think that u r a lucky person the dual blades can help ueven to one shot some mobs/players, other wise, both weps have almost the same average dmg

I say Astral Ballads are better by a long shot. Higher spike damage is nice, but also the dex requirement for them is much lower. You only need 141 dex to wear them as opposed to Infinite Longing's requirement of 156 (which may as well be 160 for the extra crit percentage). That is an extra 19 points of strength you could have. I think having more strength and higher spike damage is way better, just my opinion though. I used Ballads for a long time as g15 then g16, and it was always a great weapon before I got Rank 9.
