Game glitched and I lost bound gear.

So can someone explain to me how I managed to drop my BOUND 3rd cast nirvana leggings in pk? I've heard people say before that sometimes the game can glitch and they lost bound gear, but I never believed them. I trusted PWI and thought that they could get some things right. I'm beginning to doubt that.

The gear in question was made from LG nirvana and yes, I am well aware that LG nirvana can drop, even once it's made into 3rd cast. However I used a binding charm back when they were 1st cast, and I know that upgrading it into 2nd and then 3rd, doesnt change the fact that its bound.

I've submitted a ticket with a screenshot of the event, but can i do anything else?

    You wait. I've even been compensated (graciously) for things that aren't PWI's fault (accidentally equipping a charm onto my catshop alt, for example) so they are pretty good about it. Well, at least the people who responded to my tickets were pretty good.

    Did you spoke with the person that got them? Ask him to link to see and be sure it was bound.

    lol, both of my cat shops have plat charm on.
