r8r on calc or database

A friend of mine told me their dexterity with r8 armor and I was in disbelief, but they showed me that r8 requires no str to use, along with r8r, so with full armor you can max out dex with half the str.

I proceeded to do an r8r calc for them after looking at it on database

Database shows 1300 hp and 15 attack level complect

the calc shows 1000 hp and 8 attack level in complect

which is correct? Im assuming the calc is?

    If anyone could roll those stats given how random it is, then they have to be rich. Even with NW, it would still take a lot of rolls, that goes for any class wanting anything like a pure STR BM +10 STR on all armor or +10 vit or something. It's possible, all that gear is in our game but it's all depending on luck.

    If your gonna try to go for that, then wish you the best of luck(for all the +10 dex bonuses).

    EDIT:

    Only thing to change to that: Add a +35 DEX tome. Pangu is ok but it's a overall tome. +35 dex would be a lot better with a small cost of putting some extra points into STR. if you are uptight on maximum pure dex damage that is like me for my sin/BM/Archer(archer being worked on), I squeeze all the dex and str into my base points I can.

    database is righter. r8r bonuses recevied some buffs from their initial release.

    is not that great of advantage unless ur like really poor and want to make a moderatley tanky char on a budget, idk mayb veno for purging... still dont think it would make much sense/ud die alot.

    Ruvil is correct, the 15 attack level / 1300 hp complect bonus set is the actual one.

    Also the pangu is what he currently has as gear, so that is why I listed it

    Well my friend will be happy about this.

    Also I know those stats are ridiculous, just wanted to look at possibilities

    The archer i run nation wars with had a full dex set of r8r gear. each piece gave him between 20-30 dex with no str req. I think he had liek 650dex with like 40 str stated. It's an interesting build but with r999 so much easier to get now its a little obselete

    I want to point out that for rerolling R8r for max dex it shouldn't matter if you get dex or strength since the armor has no stat requirements, you can put that on before the weapon. That right there doubles the chances of getting the armor stats you need for the max dex build at the cost of resetting your own stats with some boutique items.
