10* Orb Demon/Sage Card Reward

Did anyone get this reward for purchasing 10* orbs? I know several people that got 10* orbs from boutique and none of them got a reward. (Archosaur server).

Is this problem affecting everyone? Just my server?

    Got mine. Still trying to sell the orbs off since I don't need them, I just wanted event gold for refining aids.

    I think it is Archosaur server. I submitted a ticket, no response yet. As far as I can tell, no one on the server got the darn reward.

    Some friends had this happen as well, where as I bought 3 and I got more D/S cards then what I should of (lol, they just kept coming!)

    I submitted a ticket on other promo rewards about a week ago. Still due for me are the orbs from the rep promo, the s/d card from wildlife pack promo, the powders for the 1 star orb promo and now the cnests from the myst. chip promo. Also my DQ has not been updated since december 20th.
    I was expecting something to happen with the update today, but no. Also the friggin' snowmen are still here, did something go wrong with the update this week?

    Dang it I have seen that glitch happen to other people. One person I know got like 1000 hyper exp stones when they were supposed to get only 5 or something. I want that to happen to me where I get 20,000 event gold for free b:cry
