I don't think so, but haven't actually tried it... I'll try it right now xD
I tried it, and it doesn't over-write or stack...you can only have one buff

Sin/archer goes stealth, detect skill, dragg them out xD
cooldown long time for detect skill you got potion to dragg them out again
