Free Style Poet quest?

Hi all, I'm trying to complete the quest 'Free Style Poet' and for it, I need to collect Suchen's Poem draft, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. The link takes you to somewhere that isn't the item and everything that I've searched on google has left me disappointed. Does anyone know where Suchen's Poem Draft is?

    Dig the item just behind the pet manager in north archosaur. That is the poem draft. lol

    With the lol at the end, it sounds like a joke. But it is indeed located where he said it is.
    There is a chest to be opened up behind the pet manager.
