cant get to the game

my patcher is up to date but it doesnt go fullscreen like on my old computer, the patcher disappears but there is an odd error message with a jumble of symbols.
why cant i get on?

Sounds like it might me a driver issue. Can't tell from the error because of the linked location being on your computer. You will need to upload the image somewhere like PhotoBucket.

Going to need a link to a published Speccy log, and your dxdiag log, taken at the time you are having the issue to be able to look into this more.

i managed to log into my account for the forums but when i opened the game and chose a server it just keeps coming up saying that my username or password is incorrect yet i know that both are correct. anybody able to help me please, this is my first time trying PWI by the way

Password is case sensitive.

Barring that, the password in-game only accepts standard US-101-key keyboard letters, numbers, and basic symbols. If you have any special characters or non-US letters/symbols in your password, it will work fine on the forums, but not at all in the game login.
