Problem with DQ

Greetings, PWI support team

I'm having issues with my Dragon Points, i'm selling all of the DQ items i found to the merchants NPC in order to get the points, but in this week i didn't get them. At first instance i thought that the system was collapsed, but after waiting a week i decided to write this report. I was getting the points until this time, i hope you can help me

    So basically, you're either still in line for your points to be updated... (It's a very long line with 2x AND Holiday season.) OR, your account is buggy and needs to be looked at.

    Either way, posting here won't do you a damn bit of good, and this topic has been covered to death already.

    Submit a ticket, then wait a week or so until your spot in line there comes up to the front.
