i lost my supply box lvl 20

Hello, I'd like to report a bug.

A few minutes ago today, I opened my lvl 20 supply box and got nothing. The box just disappeared. b:infuriated

Also, you know how in the chat box it tells you when you gain or lose an item? It said nothing this time. Nothing at all. Just what the others players were saying in the world channel.

I'm really upset because I don't want to buy a new one for real money when it's not my fault I have lost this one :c

EDIT: That also means I didn't get a lvl25 box if there is one :/

    And that your quest list isn't full...

    Sometimes just relogging can fix the issue if there is enough space in the inventory. Thbat helps me when **** like this happens to me.

    I've just logged on to check if the issue resolved itself and it hasn't. :/

    My quest list isn't full and I have two empty inventory spaces (used to be one before I "opened" my box and it disappeared). I didn't think opening the box while having insufficient space in my bag would make it disappear, usually it simply tells me that I can't open the box because of the lack of space and just returns the closed box back to me :/

    You need 4 open spaces for lvl 20 stash.

    Maybe since they don't give the supply stash anymore they made it disappear if open. I don't know.

    Take SS and send a ticket.

    To be fair, our undead friend here couldn't make a topic anyways most likely. b:chuckle



    What Sasha said though. Clean up your inventory a bit. If you open your quest log and still have the stash quest then it's simply a lack of inventory space.
