Problem with Prepaid Cards

I see people saying they arent getting their zen through paypal, but is the prepaid cards down also? I tried to redeem two today but it kept saying there was an error. I tried relogging pw and such but nothing still happened.

I bought a prepaid card today too (from 711) because its become difficult to get visa cards to work for over seas transactions. No matter how many times i enter the pin, it keeps saying error, i have the reciept in hand saying that the card was activated, i know the number is right, but i keep getting "an error has occurred please try again" message. It seems like the devs are purposely avoiding the question right now, because all i see are older posts that say to send a ticket. But now it seems like no one is responding at all. Is the system down again? the last response i can find posted said they were working on the system... it was dated back in 2011. Is there something im missing here? I cleared cache, rebooted, and ive already sent a ticket....b:angryb:angryb:angry

Oh yeah, the link for customer support doesnt work either, and to top things off... i swear theyve gone through great lengths to hide any kind of customer service number on the site

**Took a nap, logged back on, and everything worked just fine, either it takes time for the prepaid card to register in real time (less than a day) or it was temporarily down for some reason. Long story short, everythings still working as it should be, sorry bout the flame.
