Spell_Caster - Raging Tide

Rumors are:

wizard barriers will finally get an awesome buff
but the procs of those CCs on the barriers seems are based on soulforce...

anyway
flame barrier gives 35% crit increase
water barrier gives a proc that on-hit the attacker will receive something very similar to ice prison debuff
stone barrier seal on-hit and seems it will proc something similar to death chain assassin skill to attacker

As Enemy stated, the thread is a suggestion rather than a guaranteed content update for Wizards. On top of that, it also seems to be in the rumor stage as well.
