those are GM fists..... no quest gives them...

Geckofreak - Sanctuary

the gm version is a quest reward, cause gms can access all these quests to just get awesome stuff immeadietely. We have a version too, which costs a ton (100 of every warsoul mat) but ends up being weaker even when +12d and they added an upgraded version to the game on nation wars forges, which is still expensive.
