Hsing, Orphan Hong, etc. Chain Quest LVL 52

So, I was doing a list of challenge/quests thing.

And I was doing the one involving: Shifty Wedding, Explaining the Plan, A sad engagement (and the steps that go with it)
And after doing a Shifty Wedding quest, I can't seem to find the other one called: "Hsing The Thief's Plan"

I would be grateful for someone to clear up my confusion, thanks
