Whats the cheapest way to get JOSD? on my server DOD is being sold around 50mill and if you add that up in usd thats like 3k o.O how the hell are people sharding full jsod 24 sockets?

    you need 3 DoD to make 1 JoSD thats 3.6bill for 24 sockets. Some they buy some they get from packs
    We will add r9 they said... it will be fun they said...

    That was when ppl thought they were useless-which I wish I took advantage of so long ago :(

    The JOSD rage started a month or so after Egs came out on arch iirc. and I had just stashed over my OHT helm + Wings of Cloudcharger too b:cry

    That was ages ago and likely accounts for a tiny fraction of JoSD users.

    People just earn the coins to buy them, or drop the cash. High end gear has high end prices. There is no cheap way to get them.

    On lc server DoT, DoD and JoSD was cheap **** till r9 sale release And exactly no one, NOT A SINGLE PLAYER, collected them for cheap. I sold e.g. 2x DoT for 1.8m each (and had them in shop for weeks + shouted in wc) and ppl whch bought them imbued them into HH99 weapons.

    At same second when r9 sale started, price was 10x higher. Nobody expected such a release. Afterwards all those ppl with full JoSD ofc acted like they gathered it before and were able to buy 24 JoSD for 5 bugs. But the truth is that all those ppl which bought the stuff before also imbued it already into their hh99/nv gear, nobody kept the stuff.


    What do ppl think where all the cheap tokens come from.. Even for 20k each they would be way to underpriced. Just compare the prices of items you can get with tokens with prices in boutique.

    Same is true for full +12. The sale of 11*/12* orbs didn't even last one day and most ppl had not much gold at this moment, because we got a 1* orb sale for 5 silver each 1 week before.

    2-4 months later alot of ppl had +12 gear, and almost everyone of them acted like they got their refine stuff for cheap. Almost no one will admit that he/she spent a fortune to obtain full r9, full +12, full JoSD.
    Folke, just stop believing everything what liars tell you lol. There are too many out there which want to look more clever than others, at least in a mmo...

    Pretty much all the people with 4 socketed JoSDs got them after the price hike came around, they just had the money to spend to buy them. When the price was only 1-3 million, there were only 2 people from the forum actively buying them up for around 2 mil a piece and making JoSD out of them. And neither of us finished before the CSers jacked the price up to 9 mil and above.

    I won't lie.

    I was very fortunate to realize that my sin was essentially a leech in that bp had to suck life fast enough for me to stay healed regardlesss of dmg, but that I also needed a large enough life to withstand one hit. I +10ed all my gear right from the start, unfortunately it was before the very nice refines sales that we used to have of 1 * for 3-4 silver or so and the 10* 5 for 100 golds. I was however one of the very first 5.0 sins on my server and I did decide I had enough life to do any bosss after being +10 and so I did fully shard dot for the price of 1 mill a piece except as I was finishing up I had to get a couple at 1.5 mill.

    The second I seen the red message that they were planning an emergency server shut down I imediately got my visa and got my 200 gold max that I could and bought both 11 and 12 stars.+12ed my sins r9 and my wifes bm g16 claw and have since farmed several thousand gold with them. That was almost the last time I ever gave this game real money and have since farmed this full r9 wizzy as well as a couple nicely geared alts.

    As long as they keep releaseing gear where refine does not transfer and keeping the refine cost so high---they will not get anymore real money from me. Heck, even took a 8 month break to go play -Nothing to see here- where gear is only earned-not bought.
