EPB and open proxy

If you have EPB telecom service, you may have received an open proxy error which resulted in the suspension of your account.

I did, and turned in a ticket to customer service.

In reply they admitted EPB telecom internet service was barred (within the last 48 hours evidently, since I have been using this internet service for years)

They have since unbanned my account, although I still don't know why EPB was initially barred.

Anyway, thanks to PennDragon and the support team for (breaking the system and then) fixing it withing 48 hours. b:kiss

I have my account back now after a few emails!

So if this happened to you, simply send in a ticket and if you are inquired about internet service provider, let them know if its EPB for sure.

    This is very common also with any ISP that offers "accelerated" browsing.
