So, I got 2 medals of Glory and got all hyped to get the the event cards. Turns out that never happened (bought the medals more than 24 hours ago). 
Before anyone suggests, I have already submitted a ticket.
My question is: is this happening with everyone/a large amount of people or is it just me? Also, is there anything I might be doing wrong not to get them?
