Christmas Event Confusion...guide anyone??

Anyone able to explain how this Christmas event thing works?
I tried two days now any can't get it to work at all...I get nothing but frustrated.

I went to the "Solstice Spirit" in north arch then got a quest to go see the "Solstice Seer".
The Seer has two quests, which one do I take?
Anyway I think the first one gave me the "Solstice Invitation" which is a timed item.
It tells me to goto "Princess Jianning" and "Chu the Pretty Lady" but there is no auto path and they are not on the list of NPCs in the coordinate assistant. Eventually I find the princess and she has two quests as well and they both fail for me.
So I go find Chu the pretty lady and her two quests also fail as soon as I take them.

Sigh...and the Snowman Tamer NPC in middle of arch just always says "Incorrect mission timespan".

I have screenies if that will help figure out what went wrong.
Why do the quests just fail when I take them from the princess or the pretty lady?

I'm having the same exact problem, and because PWI gives you 0 information I can't figure it out. All this event is doing is raising my blood pressure.

To start the event talk to Solstice Spirit Located at Archosaur Crossroads. He will give you a quest to go to "Solstice Seer" Located at West, East, North and South Archosaur. (Don't know about but i think one of these is Not there)

This one Gives as you stated 2 quests.

Quest A:

The main event divided in 3 sections

A1->Kill 2012 mobs called bandit sumthing (sorry don't remember the exact one).this is a group quest so all the kills go to same global counter.during this stage you can collect Saint nick clues for extra contribution. The bandits give 25 contribution each and the Saint nick clues give 40 each.

For convenience the quest states that Levels ranging from:

--85-95 go to West Archosaur

--95-105 go to South Archosaur.

--Everybody else Should go North or East Archosaur (Correct this please i know i am SO wrong with this)

A2->Kill 3 bandit captains.They appear at the Main Gates (West, North And South Gates of Archosaur) Super mob very hard for me hehe. During this time you can collect Saint nicks Diary for extra contribution:P They give 53 contribution points. You get contribution depending on your damage to the Bandit captain too.

A3->Kill Dan Bandit Leader(i think that's his name) He appears Outside West arch near the road.Large HP and hits like a tons of bricks. In this stage you can collect Saint Nicks Caps for extra Contribution. They give 67 contribution points each. You can also get buffs from Saint Nicks Helper near Dan the Bandit Leader

Quest B


During these Stages you Can do the Timed quest to Visit the NPC Chu the Pretty Lady Or Princess Jianning. I only know the location of The one in the south arch gate outside near the river. To the right side of the south gate. The other One i Think is in North gate outside Near the road by the mobs.(I think)

Both Give Timed Quests Which give more contribution the more you wait. But you only can do these timed quests with the Solstice Invitation. But being it a timed item You cant take too long to do these quests sooooo

One question if you don't mind, where can we find Solstice Spirit?

TCHP - Lost City

Soltice spirit spawn at the cross road in north arch.

Then the seer are at each gate.

The quest does say lv 95-105 sould go to south arch.

There are 2 other range level of seer at west and north. But since I'm not sure of the lv, I'll just mention them.

There might be a soltice npc at west and south cross road. But i'm not sure also.
