I just got this from a pack. I am a marshal so I should be able to use it. But if it's a one-time consumable deal then I'm selling it.

So is this a perm thing? Or like the squad signets? Can't find it in the boutique so has to be a new pack reward or something. Anyone know?

    Faction signet is consumed upon use (one time use). You can get it from lucid rewards also.

    i wish both he squad and faction ones could be used multiple times, kinda waste for only once...
    but hey, maybe someone else find them more useful...
