Why does the boutique only sell random-colored pigment now? >:

I was super anxious to get my PWI giftcards for Christmas but all the black/white/blue/etc colors disappeared from the boutique before I could buy them. Why are they gone?! ; ; I'm not wasting my money on random stuff.

Are the specific colors going to come back later? :'c Like is it a special sale that comes and goes, or was it just removed during this new Sirens update **** like the Supply Stashes were?

    Specific colors only show up during sales, and is not very often.
    Buy from catshops, or look for them in the bidding hall.

    They even had a pigment sale not long ago if i remember well. b:chuckle
