game update issue

can someone please help? i have not played for 3months, when i come back and tried to update the games, it doesn't seem like is doing the update at all b:surrender

    You could also try using the search function, and/or looking in the Technical Support Forum for other posts where someone has had a similar issue over the past several months, has asked for help, and has gotten a response already.

    Alternatively, you could actually bother to give information when you post.
