Dragonbreath and channeling

I already heard that -int affects seeker's vortex and archer's BoA. So I was wondering, does channeling affect interval between dragonbreath atks? I guess probably answer is no, but I think it's worth the question anyway. =p

Yes, my -0.35 interval makes my BoA hits twice every 3 seconds. With -50% channeling DB will hit twice as fast too.

I heard that in game (don't remember exactly if in world or faction chat), so that's also not true about BoA and vortex?

The only thing that affects the int/chan rates on BoA/Vortex/DB is the demon version of BoA with a -.05 int reduction. Minus chan gear/skills will reduce the time it takes to channel the start of the skill but that's it.
