Constant Crashing when trying to log in

Hi folks

PW was working fine for me earlier but now when I try to log in as soon as I choose a char it just crashes......tried putting all my graphics to the min and holding down the W when u log in but still just crashes as soon as I try to log a char in....anyone have any ideas why ??

    Character is in a bugged location.
    After selecting your character, while the loading screen is up, press the W key so that your character will move off of the bugged area. This may take a couple of tries.
