i normally know where everything is... but i just cant find this one! (probably obvious to someone out there... so help!) :P

    It's just South Barrier Mountain northwest of Tellus City.

    Looks like it's between South Barrier Mountain and dragon slayers tribe.

    South barrier mountain is located in elf land due west of the white ridge. (From plume on the map just go south, then once you see ridge center that on the map and go west).

    I once stomped around for 20 minutes on the exact spot of the map before it finally appeared. Since then, i haven't bothered.

    when that happens logoff and login. (just to the character screen)
    its a tiny lag that happens and usually pops up fast once you relog.
