    I had the same a few days ago. I hit fire pav head with knife throw while doing earth pav and suddenly i had to deal with 2 heads. b:shocked

    Have 6th member of squad be an awesome barb who can aggro all heads, run through monkeys, drop them off on someone else briefly, jump, come back reaggro heads and just tank themb:laugh
