DQ Points not crediting

I have been stuck at 49,140 dq points since 11pm last night. I have vendored around 3k worth of dq items since that time, including two individual sales of over 1k points worth of drops.

I informed people on world chat, and got a PM that it has happened to someone else as well.

    it's been stated before, and I'll state it again....

    During 2x, there is a lot of information that the databases have to deal with. Your points get updated when the server gets around to your name in the line.
    There's a really long line.

    During 2X, and especially during the holiday vacation break when even more people are on, you should expect a minimum of 36 hours for it to update your totals.

    If it's been a few days, then submit a ticket. Otherwise you're just flooding the support team unnecessarily and slowing down their response time to real issues.

    Since we are in a 2x event, expect delays to run a bit longer with more dq items being redeemed. Give them 24 hours and if not updated do what Sizzer said. Only the one ticket should be enough b:faint

    Ninja'd by the kitty above but wanted to add sending multiple tickets also runs the chance of having the initial request bumped to the back of the line.
