astral shard help

i used this astral shard 3 skeletons spawned and i killed them, then i was supposed to visit lu zah, but where is him the coordinates lead to a empty bridge in sanctuary

    It's a known and acknowledged bug.

    I suppose at some point they'll fix it

    We are still waiting for this to be fixed. Just like the quest "The Circle" Can't finish that one either. I hate having quests in my log that you can't finish. Can trash them which I have done, but still bugs me that the quest is there and I can't finish it. Least give me the exp. and rewards that I would get if they were finished. lol I made the effort to do them and they aren't there.

    NEVER OPEN THESE. You can't finish the quest or trash it.

    They could at least remove the quest drop if they cant fix the quest b:angry
