Game Ver. 666 Not Updating

I've been trying to update/patch for a while and it will stop and tell me to restart or stop the patch. Help please b:surrender

-Yes I have turned off Firewall and tried that but the update is still not moving and when it does move it usually does that restart/stop countdown.
-Now that I think of it, I dont think my antivirus is even working anymore (expired) so I'm not sure if I even have one T .T

    It's not the firewall that's the issue, it's your antivirus.
