Can't use a prepaid card

I can't find the area to enter a prepaid card number. All I can get to is the area that says you need an activation code but I can no longer log into the email that my game is tied to. Since I can't get into the email I can't change the email to a new one either. I just want to use my prepaid card. It is a pw $10 card. I followed the directions but when I go to billing there is no choice for "redeem prepaid card" as the card says there should be. Can someone please help me before all the good deals are gone.
