TT level limit to open

Im getting quite confused in the last days, like the title said, about the level required to open TT.
NOT the party leader and so, but the rest of the team.
I helped sometimes opening for the famous 50k and i saw there people using lvl 1 alts that could open without problems.
Today a guy said that my lvl 20 alt was to low....

Where is the trick? Why a lvl 1 can and a lvl 20 not? b:angry

    Only the squad leader (aka person opening) needs to meet any level requirement. Everyone else in the squad can be level 1 and you'll still be fine.

    The guy probably wanted higher level buffs, or was just ignorant.

    thanks for the info.
    and i suppose mayfly was right, cause i met the same guy in another team, always using my low level char, and he discovered that it was all fine with me in.
    at least it said "sorry, my bad". I lost my 50k once, thats not a prob, and now he know that i can join and gain that 50k in the future^^
