Can't get Arrow Inferno

Can anyone tell me why I can't buy this skill? I have plenty of coins, influence and prestige, I'm lvl 100 and am Master of Discord and yet it is still red It's the only thing I joined Lumi for before moving on to the other orders

Umm, are you certain you have 3.5k prestige?

It also requires something like 675 influence or however much it was.

I got all three skills just fine, Arrow Inferno being the last one I did.

Picexplorer - Heavens Tear

you have not mentioned how much influence,prestige u have.
Some times , it appears in the pop up window under the "order" section, but due to lack of adequate influence, you cannot get that particular items. I believe u need 675 influence..so check it first and above 4k prestige

Yeah I think it is 675 influence. It is definitely 3.5k prestige also.

Arrow inferno is by far the worse of the new archer skills anyway. Looks cool, stinks otherwise. Yea, the available items list that pops up for you when you check your order status on character info is completely wrong, you need 3.5k prestige

I would say its the second best of the 4 morai skills beating out Galvanic and Ataraxia. The cd on Ataraxia is its main downfall. Arrow Inferno's debuff is quite handy vs charms and tanky stuff (cata barbs). The fact that it is an aoe is also a plus. It also lasts forever (30 seconds?). Also nice on hp regenerating bosses.

Leaps are hands down the best of the morai skills.

5 Morai skills.
It is an aoe, and that is its only merit. Galvanic is incredibly useful actually, only consuming 1 spark after 10 seconds, with 30 seconds of huge range, and 25% crit for a few hits. Barrage with it, base towers on tw, you'll love the results. Leaps are useful for sins bms and barbs, but can be useless against mages, therefore stealth is better in that situation. Whisper shot i regrettably dont have yet, but it seems like another conditional skill, try firing it through a gate hole in tw for multiple seals. Arrow inferno acts as another aoe, but does weak damage, and its effect is useless in pve, acting only as another aoe, and its healing reduction isnt that great. The 3 second charm time increase can help yes, but purify can override it on a barb fast. I still prefer to shoot sharptooth into groups like that, because the spark on inferno and long channel often can get me killed, if that group still needs help, i barrage them.

Honestly, all the archer skills are conditional skills, working only in certain situations. with leap and stealth being the best, followed by galvanic, and whisper and inferno, 2 strange aoes, being overrated by far

Decus - Dreamweaver

The only use I have found in PvP for whisper shot is temporarily silencing a melee opponent that's about to be all up in your face. The reduced range makes it impractical for most things.
